Strata Primers

The Strata Primer series is the operating manual for the Sentindex — seven deep-dive pieces covering the architecture and each of the six thematic portfolios that make up the firm's flagship. Each primer documents one Strata: the headline thesis, the sub-theses inside it, the basket of names that expresses each sub-thesis, the conviction calibration, the kill criteria, and the substrate evidence that drives all of the above. Plus a glossary and a cross-Strata interaction appendix.

The full primers are published on Substack as paid articles. Free abstracts of each piece are shown below; subscribers get the full ~40-page deep dive per primer plus all eight pieces in the series as they ship.
